General purchase conditions via NOMENCLATURE online store

NOMENCLATURE online store (hereinafter: NOMENCLATURE) gives its customers an opportunity to purchase the products/items that can be found by clicking on the STORE page.

NOMENCLATURE takes completely independent decisions about the product assortment for selling on its website and can change/update it without prior notice and without subsequent notification to the customers.

All information about the products for selling, their ingredients, purpose, as well as other important information such as advantages of using these products, are highlighted on the NOMENCLATURE website. Product description, its purpose, ingredients and effects are corresponding to the product declaration and instructions contained in the product packaging. There is a possibility that an error in the text on the website may appear unintentionally, whereby customers are obliged, after receiving the product, to check all the information about the product on its packaging and in the accompanying instructions. NOMENCLATURE assumes no responsibility for any possible event provoked by unintentionally wrong information on the website.

Product display
In order to display and illustrate a product on the NOMENCLATURE website, its photo in original packaging has been posted. Since the product packaging and its design are subject to change, it may happen that photo sometimes does not fully correspond to the product packaging design that is delivered to customers.

Delivery of products/items will be done by the courier service D Express to any address throughout the Republic of Serbia entered by the customer while creating an order. Delivery is free of charge.

Although maximum mandatory delivery period is 30 days, usual delivery period is from 1 to 7 working days commencing with the order confirmation date. Also, we should bear in mind potential unforeseen changes due to unexpected circumstances. Deliveries are usually made from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in accordance with the courier service schedule, so it is necessary to put the address on which it is possible to receive the shipment during the mentioned period, as well as the exact contact phone number at which the person who will receive the shipment is available.

Changing and cancelling an order before shipping

Customers have the option of changing or completely cancelling an order without any additional costs at any time after confirming an order and up to the moment of shipping.

Depending on consignment, type of delivery and period of day when an order has been confirmed, shipment can be carried out within 12 hours to 72 hours (in case of weekends). Purchase order cancellation after shipping or after receiving consignment
Customers have the right to cancel an order at any time after shipping, but not later than 14 days from the receipt date of a product, without giving any reason. In this case, customers themselves bear only the costs of product delivery and return, as well as the cost of product value reduction, if it is removed from its original packaging, in the amount determined after returning the product. If the product is not removed from its original packaging, the customer receives a full refund of the returned product price.
Complaints and refunds

Customers should submit complaints related to delivery delay or its failure within agreed period of time immediately after 7 working days deadline expiry or after expiry of an indicated product delivery deadline, in case it is longer than the mentioned 7 working days.

Customers can submit complaints regarding received quantity, possible damage or product quality within 24 hours after getting the package.

A complaint must contain: customer identification data, e-mail address registered while making an order, order identification number, as well as detailed description.

NOMENCLATURE approaches to the resolution of every complaint in accordance with the good practice principles in business management immediately after receiving it. Depending on content of complaint and on demand to investigate several factors, the deadline for responding to any complaint is within 7 days from its receipt.

In the case of refunding to the customer who paid cash on delivery, NOMENCLATURE will do the reimbursement on the current account provided by the customer.

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, NOMENCLATURE is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina methods payments, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user’s account at the seller’s request.

Selling price and payment

The price of the products/articles on the NOMENCLATURE website is expressed in dinars and includes VAT and delivery costs on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. In the case of promotional pricing, the previous product price will be displayed crossed out on the website along with a new reduced price, whereby the price of the product/item is being formed and changed in accordance with NOMENCLATURE’s business policy, without any prior notice obligation.

Purchasers make payment

  • With cash on delivery, that is, in cash to a courier when picking up a shipment;
  • With payment cards during the purchasing procedure on the website.
  • Delivery is free of charge on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. A total amount to be paid is specified when confirming the order; it will be sent to customer’s e-mail address left while ordering the product. All payments will be done in the national currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used.

    Unless expressly specified on the product page, products’ price reduction is valid until the end of the current month or until selling out a planned stock.

    A total price of chosen products is updated at the moment of order confirmation, so the final calculated selling price should always be checked in the specification when confirming the order.

Payment cards

You can pay for your order with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Amex or Maestro payment card. A card has to be approved by issuing bank for online (Internet) payment.

When ordering online, after selecting an appropriate payment method, you will be redirected to a page that is protected and safe for this type of payment. On this page, you need to enter the following data: Card number, Expiry date and CVC2/CVV2 code, which you can find on your card. When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, being currently the most advanced cryptographic technology. During purchases, data security is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on bank’s pages. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

Payment is not possible in foreign currency, but exclusively in RSD. All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The charged amount on your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by a card entity, which we cannot know at the time of transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of slight difference in comparison with an original price exposed on our website. It is possible to pay with payment cards of local and foreign banks. Only a cardholder can make the payment.

Entering delivery and/or registration data

When creating a product/item order, customers must enter a correct delivery data, namely: name and surname, address to which the product/item should be delivered, contact phone number and e-mail address.

When entering data, customers can choose the purchase option without registration or the option to create (register) an account. In case of choosing to register an account, the customer chooses password for the access to his account in the future. By opening an account on the NOMENCLATURE website, customers obtain numerous additional benefits, since all registered data is stored in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection and the Law on Consumer Protection. Registered customers can update their data. The purchasing is simpler since registered customers should just log into their account while registered data is automatically entered in a new purchase order. Registered customers can access information regarding their previous purchases and can choose the option to receive periodic information about the products or special prices to their e-mail.

Shopping on the NOMENCLATURE website is also possible without creating an order. In that case only the necessary data are entered when placing an order, namely: first and last name, address to which the product/item should be delivered, e-mail address and contact phone number. An unregistered customer must enter his data again with each subsequent purchase. Unregistered customers do not have insight into their previous purchases, nor do they obtain additional benefits that are intended only for the registered customers.

Privacy protection and personal data protection

Customer data collection, procession and storage are carried out in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and the Law on Consumer Protection. During customer registration, only the necessary data for successful purchasing should be entered, while customers can optionally enter other data as well.

At any time, customers can update or delete an entered data or ask NOMENCLATURE to delete all personal data that they have entered and which are stored in the system.
